Do I have to register in order to view the product details?

Yes, in order to keep a better record of our customers or potential customers, we require that you register in order to view the product details, where we will provide information about packaging, grading and availability.


I don’t have experience buying from Peru and I don’t have a freight forwarder agent. What can I do?

While working with us, you don’t need to have one because we have a freight forwarder service here in Lima and in Miami which you can use. For further questions, visit the contact us area.


I don’t have an agent in Miami to clear my shipments. What can I do? Do you have a consolidation to make my shipments more efficient in Miami?

Yes we do. We always offer you the option of using our freight forwarder service in Miami for all your consolidations.


How can I track my shipments?

Under the service and products area there is an option for the tracking of your shipments. Information here is updated constantly through our interconnected systems. This option will be enabled when you purchase a product and want to track its shipment.


I need a specific document. What can I do?

Under the service and products area there is an option for the tracking of your shipments whichwill be enabled when you purchase a product.There, you can obtain all your required documents such as AWB, certificates of origin, phyitosanitary certificates, packing lists and invoices.  Information here is updated constantly through our interconnected systems.


How often can I get shipments?

This depends in the destination of the products you require but for most of the cases, you can get shipments almost every day.


How much time before the desired arrival date do I have to make my order?

We must receive your orders at the latest one day before the flight is leaving our country.


How and when am I going to receive shipping documents?

We send them to you as soon as the flight is departing from Lima, Peru.


Can I choose my own package?

If you are buying a consumer package, you can choose your package completely. If you are buying bulk, we provide you with many options given in our product details from which you can choose.


Do you prepare bouquets?

Yes, we offer a selection of beautiful bouquets according to your requirements and for different seasons. We also have a Bouquets Program for every holiday. For more information, visit the Contact Us area.


Can you prepare consumer bunches or special packages?

Yes, we can pack the product with the stem count you require.


Can you make bouquets with all the flower varieties that you have?

We can make mixed bouquet boxes and you can choose the flowers in our website. However, you have to take in consideration that some varieties grow in different farms around the country and we cannot make consumer bouquets with flowers which grow in different farms.


What type of boxes do you use?

We use half, quarter and eighth boxes for packaging.


How can I know the availability of a certain product?

On the products area, click on the desired product to know the product details. There, you will find its availability around the year.  For this, you will have to register in our website.


Can I have year round standing orders?

Yes.  It only depends on the availability of the product you select.


Do you have International Certifications?
